A great starting course in to the world of coding for the child with no previous (or limited) experience. If they have never coded before, never used Scratch then this is the course for them.

Comprising of 4 Levels, each level takes 6 weeks (or 2 full days) and builds on the skills developed in the previous level. Have your child complete just the one level or go on to become a master this whole course by completing all 4.

  • Level 101
    Introducing the basic concepts of coding in a fun and easy to learn format. This course is designed to tap into your child’s creativity and problem solving abilities. During the course we will have them making animations, generating music and creating multiple games in no time.  Be amazed with what your child can achieve in such a short amount of time as you watch their coding skills grow.
  • Level 102
    Building on the skills developed in the previous course, here we dive in to complex animated stories. Through the creation of animated characters, scene design, story writing and more this course will have your child’s skills and love of coding grow as they create some amazing animated stories.
  • Level 103
    Focusing on the creation of 4 different games in this course we are continuing to build on the knowledge gained in the previous courses. Through the creation of games such as space invaders, snake and more this course will have your child’s understanding of coding grow further than ever as they make some amazing games for everyone to play.
  • Level 104
    This is the final of our “Intro to Coding” courses. This course will bring together all the elements that they have learnt over the past three courses and have them create an amazing platformer game of their own design. Be amazed at the detailed game your child can create and the excitement that coding can bring.


Suitable for ages 7+, and all abilities.


This course requires no previous knowledge of Coding.

We provide all the equipment need for this course, yet if you have a laptop you would your child to use you can send that along.


At the successful conclusion of this course they will have gained a deeper understanding of how coding works and be able to create their own Scratch programs. This will give them a solid foundation in which they can then continue to develop their coding skills with the move towards learning a more specific coding language, such as Python or jump across to our Intro to Mobile App Game course.
