Hacking Minecraft (Tuesday) – Term 1 2021 (Hutchins)

Learn how to build structures, create games and manipulate the world of Minecraft through the power of code.
Levels Available: (Each level is a separate enrolment.)
- Level 201
Introducing the basic concepts of Python coding in Minecraft through fun and easy to learn tasks. This course will have them creating basic games, build bridges and change worlds through the language of Python.
- Level 202
Here we continue to gain a deeper understanding of how the Python code can manipulate the Minecraft world. We will cover how to utilise more of the Minecraft modules to import images, generate amazing 3D objects and complex buildings, in to their very own Minecraft world.
- Level 203
As we build on the skills and knowledge gained so far, we dive further in to Python code with new challenges such as teleportation, games, interactive dance floors and creating forests at the push of a button just to name a few.
- Level 204
The final part of the Hacking Minecraft levels, has your child pushing the boundaries of what they have learnt so far. They will be coding things from stair cases and pyramids right through to cities filled with houses and interactive haunted mansions. An exciting way in which to wrap up and display what they have learnt throughout the levels.
