Advanced Game Design (Saturday) – Term 4

Learn one of the premier game development platforms (Unity) and start making 2D, 3D or even Virtual Reality games.

6 Sessions: 2:30pm to 4:00pm 
Levels Available:
Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 (Each level is a separate enrolment.)
This course is open to any student.

  • Level 301
    Introducing Unity through fun and challenging tasks. This course focuses on helping them become confident in the software as they create their first 3D game.
  • Level 302
    In this level they will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the software learn more complex features of the Unity program and create a 3D car racing game (with physics).
  • Level 303
    In this course they will take their gaming design skills to the next level with the introduction of VR game design, complex events, and the creation of their first Virtual Reality environment. Build the roller-coaster of your own design and have it travel through a landscape that you created.
  • Level 304
    The final level of out “Advanced Game Design” course, here they have the opportunity to apply what they have learnt so far though the creation of their very own VR World. They will learn about how to manipulate objects in VR and interact with the environment that they create.
